Home-made Romanian Desserts!

My Aunt and Uncle made these YUMMY European desserts for my sister's, Sweet 16th Birthday Party last month! They are so good!

    Oh my, I could almost cry. Please tell me what the waffer like desserts are in the right side of the pan in the bottom picture. My grandmother is from Banat. My grandfather from Barice. I have long wanted to find out the name of that dessert. I have such fond memories of preparing it with my grandmother, but the name escapes me. Please help!
